Based in Blackpool, we deliver planned and reactive lighting maintenance support to thousands of customer sites across the UK, supported by a dedicated team of over 50 skilled engineers.

We’re local everywhere

We cover the whole UK with special focus on major cities, London, Manchester, Liverpool, Birmingham, Leeds, Newcastle, Glasgow, Edinburgh, Cardiff and Bristol. Our engineers are available at very short notice to deal with any commercial lighting maintenance issue.

We're trusted to look after your lighting

We are responsible for lighting at over 12,000 customer sites and respond to thousands of call-outs every year, with an industry-leading fix-rate. Our skilled engineers are experienced in working in retail spaces. Our customers enjoy minimal disruption to trading and operations.

We're there until you're happy

Our engineers never leave a site until they have your sign-off. What’s more, we’re always contactable. You’ll have a dedicated account manager, who is just a phone call away, with senior-level managers also on hand should you need them.

We're open about our costs

Our charging system is fully transparent, with a fixed schedule of rates and a fixed price for materials. We will quote for repairs on any lighting or electrical fault for free.

We share the engineer’s worksheet when the job is complete, should you need it. For this reason, we receive an extremely low rate of invoice enquiries.

We're well qualified

We only employ fully qualified electricians, so we’ll be able to fix your problem on our first visit.

We’re a fully-accredited member of the NICEIC and we have full CHAS and Safe Contractor accreditation. All of our engineers are IPAF and PASMA accredited for working at height and perform risk assessments at every site we visit.

We're polite and professional

Our engineers are true professionals. You’ll see us coming, with our smart, branded clothing and our ID cards.

We are sensitive to what’s happening on your site, and always keep disruption to a minimum.

Planned lighting maintenance

We look at your lighting system in a holistic way when we fulfil planned lighting maintenance. First, we’ll see if any aspect of your lighting can be improved to reduce running costs. We’ll then recommend design changes to increase staff comfort, reduce energy consumption or improve the aesthetics and general ambience.
